Cream azulejos with cobalt blue carved band were applied in the kitchen. The pinewood furniture has a honey tone overpainting so as to look rustic as the false ceiling, also in pinewood.

T
he bathroom azulejos are of the same tone but with manganese carved sprinkle and ornamental band of the same tone. The cupboard is also pinewood, including top. A Red Cedar overpainting was applied to the cupboard so the tone would match with manganese. The mirror was inlayed in the azulejos and decorated with a manganese band. On the entrance floor a false pinewood ceiling was built in, with halogen spots for more comfort.

I
ndustrial pavement tiles were applied throughout the house, including the large balconies built in several plans, that were finished with bottle green metallic bars, guaranteeing security without concealing the magnificent landscape, and the ground surrounding the house with the same design as the balconies. Since the house is fairly isolated due to its situation, all doors and windows have either fixed or sliding protection bars. The outside windows are in lacquered aluminium (Anodil BW).

T
he roof is in Portuguese ceramic roofing tiles. The thermal insulation of the roof was obtained through extruded polyesterene. All available spaces of the house were used including the empty space under the kitchen that is now storage room.
